**In this role, you will:**

* Under the direction of a Field Engineer, Service Manager, Service Supervisor, or Specialist, performs a number of tasks associated with the operation, rig-up / down of equipment and tools and related equipment in the field.

* Equipment used will vary by product line.

* May be trained in operating more than one type of equipment or combinations of equipment/processes.

* General supervision, with more direct instruction received on new tasks

* Requires broad knowledge in problem recognition and specialized technical skills to develop solutions to a wide variety of work assignments

* Requires some personal initiative and occasional ingenuity, planning or organizing of work

* Specialized office or technical skills, acquired through prior training and experience

* Interacts with peers, supervisor, and internal / external customers

* (Field and Mfg) May provide advice to lower level team members on small to medium projects

* Ability to read and interpret routine instructions

* Consequences of errors are easily measured and can be confined

* (Field and Mfg) Intermediate analytical and problem solving skills

* Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations

* (Mfg) Sets up, monitors and operates various pieces of equipment associated with the manufacturing facility requirements

* (Field) Thorough knowledge of basic oil and gas industry

* (Mfg) May operate multiple machines simultaneously

* (Field and Mfg) Good mechanical aptitude, including experience in use of general hand tools and precision measuring equipment

* (Mfg) May perform quality assurance activities as required by manufacturing/engineering specifications and ISO requirements

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 2 years of relevant industry experience).
