ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Performs interpretive, patient care, and technical functions to ensure proper radiologic diagnosis of patients.Explains and prepares patients for all sonography procedures.Assesses patient condition to determine proper handling and special requirements.Reports to work in a timely manner and adheres to policies, procedures, and processes.Performs other job duties as needed and/or as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS: One year of ultrasound experience is preferred.Must be able to effectively communicate in English via verbal and written means.LICENSE AND CERTIFICATIONS:Current national registry (ARDMS) is preferred.BLS certification is required upon hire.
