Responsibilities

•Estimate time, labor, materials, and other costs to determine the overall cost for projects.
•Examine specifications, blueprints, proposals, and other documents to understand the project as a whole.
•Prepare estimates, written proposals, and budgets.
•Visit job sites to obtain all necessary takeoff information as well as get contracts signed.

Qualifications

•3 years of experience in the construction industry - project estimating or construction management is necessary
•Stellar communication, project management, and time-management skills are crucial
•Requires critical thinking, analytical skills, and very strong math skills
