**Job Summary**

This position manages all inventory, production scheduling, and reporting activity to assure imitation of stock outs, slow moving inventory, and total inventory values while maximizing inventory turns and process utilization.

* Work closely with production, administration, sales, and yard staff in order to maintain order fulfillment objectives of the

company. Act as a change agent for continuous improvements. Report, investigate, and address any issues that would cause

disruption to production or fulfillment immediately.

* Establishes and maintains information system inventory and production planning parameters including reorder points, BOMs,

routings, and other required parameters to allow for full utilization of the ERP system.

* Assure that all inventory and production data is properly and accurately reported and maintained in the ERP system.

* Manages raw material and WIP inventory levels in a manner to minimize working capital value, stock outs, and disruptions to

the production schedule.

* Works in conjunction with other site staff to ensure that vendor programs meet the site requirements for on-hand stock,

delivery time, stocking levels, and economic order quantity.

* Develop and maintain a daily production schedule for a seven-day per week multi-shift operation including a minimum of four

processing departments. This schedule should result in adequate supply to fill demand, maximizing both on-time deliveries

and inventory turns.

* Coordinates customer orders for custom products with the technical team, customer service staff, purchasing, and

manufacturing from quote through order entry to shipment.

* Work with internal decision makers on make/buy decisions and provide lead times for these requests.

* Assure inventory accuracy by developing and managing physical inventory, cycle counting, and shop floor reporting programs

and activities. Work with corporate accounting group to schedule and execute regular physical inventories.

* Perform all tasks/projects with accuracy and organized documentation.

* Optimize efficiency, productivity, and equipment performance in order to meet objectives.

* Develop, implement, and verify standard operating procedures (SOP) for all job-related tasks. Provide SOP training.

* Maintain effective working relationships with company employees, suppliers, and customers. Promote and maintain the

professional image and reputation of the company and ensure timely problem resolution and customer satisfaction.

* Perform all other duties as assigned by Bluestone Products or TCC Materials Management.

**Minimum Qualifications**

* Four-year college degree and at least 5 years related experience required. Supervisory experience preferred.

* Experience and/or training in a chemical manufacturing facility and APICS certification preferred.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to quickly establish credibility to develop and maintain excellent business

relations both internally and externally.

* Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work successfully without close supervision.

* Must be proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) and ERP systems.

* Basic mathematical skills, as well as the ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, rations, and proportions to

practical situations. Understand standard measurements such as square footage and linear footage.

* Must be able to follow instructions and adhere to all the companys safety policy procedures and recommendation.

* Must be able to read, write, and speak in English.
