Job Summary:

Loader Operator position requirements include, but are not limited to, general loader operation for production and cleanup activities at the site; observe, monitor and report any conditions that could lead to product nonconformity or other irregularity; being trained in various entry-level production positions and fills in as needed during absences, and increased production demands and other duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities & Duties:

+ General Loader Operation activities related to production and clean up

+ Observe, monitor and report any conditions which could lead to product nonconformity

+ Operate heavy equipment/machinery in a safe and appropriate manner

+ Clean, inspect, and maintain/secure all equipment in compliance with MSHA, policies and procedures

+ Replace or assist other workers as needed or directed

+ Other duties as assigned by management

Job Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma or GED

+ Ability to safely and efficiently operate a Loader

+ Willing and able to work overtime and rotating shifts

+ Communicate effectively in both verbal and written form; perform basic math functions

+ Basic computer skills

+ Perform physical labor safely in noisy, dusty, and other harsh working conditions
