A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DISPATCHER
As a Dispatcher, you arrive each day ready to work hard to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising customer service. Most of your day is spent in an office environment on the phone or computer. Your friendly and capable demeanor comes through as you receive incoming client calls and dispatch service calls to plumbing technicians.

You schedule calls in order to provide prompt, convenient service, as well as maximize our plumbing technicians' time and mileage. You forecast days and weeks ahead to keep all employees working and on track.
Over the phone, you inform clients of arrival times and ensure that they are notified ahead of time about any delays. And, as necessary, you reschedule appointments. You feel good about ensuring that our clients are satisfied, all parties are well-informed, and everything runs smoothly.

DISPATCHER QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of relevant dispatching experience
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Customer service skills

Familiarity with the plumbing trade would be a plus, but we will train the right person Service industry-related experience and knowledge of Service Titan would also be preferred. Are you dependable? Do you have excellent customer service skills? Are you organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively? Do you have good communication skills, both verbal and written? Are you attentive to detail?
