Night Watchman

*Kurt Weiss Greenhouses * in Washingtonville, PA is currently seeking a Night Watchman for the following schedules: Split Shift -- 1 person Thursday - 3:30 pm to 12:00 am Friday - 3:30 pm to 12:00 am Saturday - 11:45 pm to 6.:15am Sunday - 11:45 pm to 6.:15am 2nd Shift -- 1person Monday 3:30 pm -- 12am Tuesday 3:30 pm -- 12am Wednesday 3:30pm -- 12am Saturday 3:30pm -- 12am Sunday 3:30pm -- 12am 3rd Shift -- 1 person Monday 11:45 pm to 6.:15am Tuesday 11:45 pm to 6.:15am Wednesday 11:45 pm to 6.:15am Thursday 11:45 pm to 6.:15am Friday 11:45 pm to 6.:15am The ideal candidate must be willing and able to walk at least 5-6 miles a day and cannot be afraid of the dark. Must be dependable with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, need to be able to read a thermometer, understand temperatures, watch, and run boilers, watch overall environment of the greenhouse. Applicant will need to be motivated and able to work independently; must be able to stay on task with little supervision. No experience necessary, training is available for the right individual. The ideal candidate will be able to do simple preventative maintenance tasks while overseeing greenhouses.
