What you will be doing:
  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for their migration to Dynamics 365.
  • Assist in the Design and implement system configurations, customizations, and extensions using C# and X++ programming languages.
  • Develop and modify reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) to meet clients' reporting requirements.
  • Create and manage data models and cubes using SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) for multidimensional data analysis.
  • Perform system testing and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and accuracy of the implemented solutions.
  • In collaboration with the Change Management and Training team, provide training and support to end-users, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest updates and advancements in Dynamics 365, C#, X++, SSRS, and SSAS, and identify opportunities to leverage new features for clients' benefit.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of our internal processes and methodologies.


What you must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Dynamics AX or D365 Consultant, with a focus on migration and upgrade projects.
  • Strong (+10 years) expertise in C# and X++ programming languages.
  • In-depth knowledge of SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) for report development and customization.
  • Proficiency in SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) for data modeling and cube development.
  • Solid understanding of the Dynamics 365 platforms, including core modules and functionalities.
  • Experience with integrating Dynamics 365 with other systems and applications.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or related technologies are a plus.
