Business Analyst

Minneapolis - In Office

Established in the early 1900's and headquartered in Texas, our client is a global, publicly traded manufacturing company serving OEMs (original equipment manufacturer) in the fenestration, cabinetry, solar, refrigeration and outdoor products markets. Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, maintaining, designing, testing and implementing systems in the operational environment specifically for a multi-application, multiple ERP IT environment. This includes supporting, training, and maintaining system documentation, as well as maintaining and analyzing complex application requirements as directed by project managers.

  • Work closely with business units and departments to gather and document business requirements. Understand current processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilize your expertise in ERP systems to integrate and configure the ERP software to meet the organization's specific needs. This may include customization, workflow development, and data mapping.
  • Analyze and evaluate data within the ERP system to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and decision-making.
  • Develop and conduct training programs for end-users to ensure they can effectively use the ERP system to support their daily tasks.
  • Create and execute test plans to validate the functionality and performance of ERP configurations. Identify and resolve issues or bugs.
Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Information Technology
  • Proven experience utilizing NetSuite or other ERP systems
