What you will do: * Grow sales of Lighting Control Products, and Services in Inland and Montana territories * Collaborate with LCD manager, Service Center Managers, and construction/industrial outside sales personnel to identify lighting controls opportunities * Develop and implement business plans to support the objectives and initiatives of the Lighting Control Division * Maintain a working knowledge of current energy codes for lighting control * Call on and grow lighting control opportunities with targeted design build electrical contractors * Qualify opportunities and leads originating from outside sources * Perform lighting controls start-ups, training and troubleshooting using manufacturer software/apps * Identify ancillary product opportunities and engage NCE associates as required to build a comprehensive, overall solution (i.e., EV Charging, Solar, VFD's,Gear etc.) * Effectively create and professionally present controls proposals/quotes in accordance with current energy code requirements * Work with LCD vendor partners to promote state-of-the-art lighting control products and technology, grow sales, and achieve performance goals * Post and update projects and opportunities in CRM (Dynamics) * Actively promote NCE market-specific endeavors * Other duties as assigned What you will bring: * Three to five years of experience in the electrical industry; lighting and lighting control sales experience preferred/required * Ability to negotiate and close opportunities * Working knowledge of existing lighting and lighting control conditions * Strong communication and marketing skills * Motivated, self-starter, outgoing, team player with a positive attitude * Proof of a clean driving record with no major infractions in the past 3-5 years Physical Requirements and Work Environment: * Frequent use of smartphone and laptop/ tablet * Frequent travel/driving to territory service centers, project sites, and customer locations around Puget Sound * Combination of office and field environments Salary & Compensation: This position is an exempt position and not subject to overtime.
