- 1 other Neurologist, Neurodiagnostic Tech, Neuropsychologist
Case Mix: Movement Disorders (Parkinsons, MS, Dementia), Some post-stroke follow up
Procedures:
- Botox Injections
- EEG, EMG Studies
Trauma Level: IV
No of Beds: 25
No of Chair Infusion Therapy Suite: 11 (with RNs, LPNs)
Infusion Center on-site
EMR: EPIC
Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:
Active MN License or IMLC
BC
DEA
