Key Responsibilities:

Conduct sales of products offered by AUM BioTech.

Identify new leads and grow business with both existing and new customers.

Participate in conferences and exhibit products.

Contact potential customers via phone, e-mail, or in person.

Schedule, coordinate, and present technical sales presentations for clients.

Maintain existing business (customer relationship) and develop incremental business in existing accounts.

Preparation of quotes/invoices for customers.

Respond to customer enquiries and/or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.

Communicate key competitive activities, trends, and changing customer development plans and priorities, which include emerging customers.

Conduct customer-specific promotions to encourage sales growth and the development of a positive company position.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Ability to work in a startup environment.

Experience in direct sales.

Sales experience in university and biotech setting.

Professional level experience with Salesforce CRM.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Project management skills.

Self-motivated and independent.

Well-developed presentation skills.

Organizational and time management skills.

Professional presentation.

Self-management.

Educational Requirements:

BS or MS degree in a science discipline (Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Immunology, Genetics or related field) with relevant sales experience. Ph.D. degree is encouraged.
