We're delighted you're considering joining usOVERVIEW: The role requires 1 day per week in our Madison, WI headquarters.The Deposit Operations Specialist focuses on executing tasks related to the Banks deposit accounts. Wire transfers, account maintenance, account reconciliation, and client support will executed with extreme detail in this role. Essential responsibilities of the Deposit Operations Specialist:Wholesale lockbox setup/maintenance and client assistanceReviews account documentation for completeness and accuracy and tracks exceptionsSweeps set up and maintenanceBalancing of various G/Ls and DDA accounts as assignedEdit/verification of maintenance performed on the systemCheck adjustment processingExceptions processing: reg E disputes, overdraft processing, non-posts, Fed returnsFraud casesWire transfer processing and client supportDeposit and Client documentation retention managementConsumer Electronic Banking client supportGeneral awareness of compliance and the processes and procedures currently in place.Position Requirements: 2+ years of banking operations experience requiredGeneral knowledge of Federal and State banking laws and regulations governing checking and savings account practicesHighly detail orientedDemonstrated success with written communication, and ability to assess and analyze information, formulate conclusions and recommendations First Business Financial Services, Inc. is committed to providing equal employment opportunity to all applicants and employees regardless of their race, creed, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, disability, military service, protected veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, transgender status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.
