The 365-day-a-year program includes education, nursing and medical services, allied health services, and activities of daily living development. Set in the picturesque Berkshire Hills, Berkshire Meadows has homelike residences that are fully accessible homes and enable and maximize growth and skill development.What You'll Do:Collaborating alongside our interdisciplinary team the OT/OTA is responsible for working with our residents with a wide range of disabilities; introducing sensory activities and assisting staff with ADL and academic skill development. Requirements:Must be 21 years or older.Applicant must be positive, energetic, flexible, and a team player that can complement Berkshire Meadows' amazing culture.
