Job Description Pharmacist Rx relief is seeking Pharmacist to work in a mail order pharmacy setting in the Ocala, FL area. We are looking to fill this position quickly. Pay / Benefits / FAQs for the Pharmacist positions: Pay: $60.00 per hour Benefits: Employee resources : FAQs : Pharmacist Job Specifics and Requirements: Must be able to work in the Ocala, FL area. Must have a valid, clear and active Florida Pharmacist license 1 years of Pharmacist experience in a retail setting Background and Drug Screening Health Screening required Pharmacist Responsibilities: Accurately fill, check and dispense medications. Counsel new patients, and perform patient follow-up calls. Provide medical information as required to patients and other health care professionals Ensure prescription pricing is accurate and establish payment methods. Ensure the correct medication and related items are appropriately picked, packed and delivered to the appropriate site, per patient requests. Checking orders prepared for delivery by supportive personnel to prevent errors. Provide general customer service to patients and health care professionals. Manage quality assurance and tracking and all medications, including specialty pharmacy products, prior to dispensing and delivery. Direct supportive personnel in daily activities pertaining to clinical and distributive activities. Oversee staff to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations governing the pharmacy.
