Responsibilities

Perform all office administrative tasks related to customer calls, job management and tracking, scheduling of jobs, and customer satisfaction activities

Perform general office duties, such as drafting correspondence, filing and creating reports

Receive and enter lead calls and job referrals

•

Perform excellent customer service

•

Receive general phone calls and greet visitors

•

Document calls for weekly call log reports

•

Dispatch and Pending Follow-up

•

Track pending lead calls and job referral follow-up

•

Analyze dispatch reports

•

Schedule Tracking and General Administration

•

Coordinate production schedule and monitor logistics

•

Coordinate on-call schedule

•

Job description

Perform all office administrative tasks related to customer calls, job management and tracking, scheduling of jobs, and customer satisfaction activities. Perform general office duties, such as drafting correspondence, filing and creating reports.

1. Receptionist

2. Dispatch and Pending Follow-up
• Dispatch lead calls and job referrals
• Track pending lead calls and job referral follow-up
• Analyze dispatch reports
3. Schedule Tracking and General Administration
• Coordinate production schedule and monitor logistics
• Coordinate on-call schedule
• Perform general administration
