Position Overview:

As our first AI Lead Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our AI initiatives and driving the development of advanced AI-powered solutions. You will lead a team of software engineers in designing, implementing, and optimizing AI algorithms and systems that will drive the next phase of growth for Logik.io. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced startup environment and contribute to groundbreaking advancements in AI technology.

Responsibilities:

    • Lead the development and implementation of AI-driven features and solutions across our product suite.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, domain specialists and engineering to define AI requirements and develop scalable solutions.
    • Identify, build and deploy robust, scalable, and efficient AI models to solve complex problems.
    • Building end-to-end ML pipelines that integrate data preparation, feature engineering, model training, testing, and deployment using MLOps frameworks and cloud-native technologies
    • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
    • Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies, and proactively identify opportunities to apply them to our products and services.
    • Drive best practices in software engineering, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.

Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
    • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on the design and development of AI-powered applications.
    • Proven track record of designing and implementing AI algorithms and models in production environments, serving thousands of users
    • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++; experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of AI and machine learning concepts
    • Experience in deploying and maintaining AI-powered applications in a production environment, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus
    • Proficient in working with Enterprise SaaS applications designed for customers to customize and expand based on their specific use cases
