Come talk to us about joining the Centerstone teamJob Description:SUMMARY OF POSITIONResposible for greeting and checking patients in and out of clinic, via in-person or on the phone. Schedules patient appointments, takes client payment information, filing and other front desk tasks.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESSchedules of clinical staff appointments, appointment courtesy calls to patients, obtaining/updating client data and collection of co-pays.Answers phone calls, emails and other electronic messages as required quickly and efficiently.Collects, files, and organizing office documents, records and forms.Checks clients in and out. Greets clients with personable and positive attitude to promote a service environment for individuals in need of behavioral health and/or co-occurring services that is recovery focused.Enter TOM information into computerMay take payments and enter insurance informationFax communication report to Doctor's officesMay cross train and perform duties of other support staff positions to help cover during absences.May explain our services to consumersSorts incoming mail and distributes.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIESEffectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods.QUALIFICATIONSEducation LevelHigh school diploma or GED required.Years of ExperienceN/ACertification/LicensureBy business demands.Time Type:Full timeEntry Pay Range:$13.05$16.28Delivering care that changes people's lives starts with our employees.
