Material/Production Planner

Location: Piscataway, NJ

Leading flavor/fragrance manufacturer located in Piscataway, NJ is in need of a Material/Production Planner.

Duties:

  • Maintain workorders for both liquids and flavor compounds
  • Create and maintain dispensing jobs
  • Determine optimal min/max levels and restocking points to maintain appropriate inventory
  • Review inventory levels for excess / write offs / blend backs
  • Issue purchase orders and receive vendor confirmation within 48 hours
  • Review and Maintain Master data for all relevant Purchasing aspects
  • Analyze Raw Material activity reports: Open Purchase Order and Exceptions
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • 5+ years of manufacturing experience
  • Planning experience in manufacturing and proficiency in ERP, Production Systems
