*Duration ----- 6+ Months Contract (Extendable) *
*Pay Rate is $27/hr*
*Interview Process - MS Teams followed by Onsite Interview*
*Description:*
*TOP MUST HAVE SKILLS:*
1. Creates purchase orders for the acquisition of materials.
2. Researches, interviews, and negotiates with suppliers to obtain prices and specifications.
3. Must have sense of urgency, Good communication skills
4. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
*Role and Responsibilities:*
- Responsible for administrative tasks related to purchasing goods and services within an organization.
- Handle paperwork, maintain records, and assist with the procurement process.
- Processing purchase orders, tracking inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of supplies.
- Primarily administrative and operational.
- Deals with paperwork, documentation, and coordination.
*Skills and Qualifications:*
- Typically require basic knowledge of procurement processes.
- Less involved in direct negotiations with suppliers.
- Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $27.00 per hour
