Epitec is seeking an Inventory Clerk to play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records of merchandise stock levels. Your responsibilities will include counting inventory, reconciling discrepancies, generating reports, and ensuring the overall accuracy and efficiency of the inventory management system. This position requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with various departments to address inventory-related issues. Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 5:30pm - 2:00am Pay Rate: $21/hour RESPONSIBILITIES FOR Inventory Analyst:

Count merchandise in stock and posts totals to inventory records. Compare inventories to office records or computes figures from records such as sales orders, production records, or purchase invoices to obtain current inventory. Verify clerical computations against physical count of stock and adjusts errors in computation or count or investigates and reports reasons for discrepancies. Generate reports such as inventory balance or shortages. Prepare lists of depleted items and recommends survey of defective or unusable items. JOB EXPERIENCE FOR Inventory Analyst:

High school diploma or GED equivalent is required. Proven experience in inventory control or a related role. Familiarity with inventory management software and systems. Proficient in using inventory management software, counting tools, and Microsoft Office applications preferred. SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR Inventory Analyst:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve discrepancies effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with various departments and report inventory status. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in counting, recording, and reconciling inventory. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, sales, and production.
