Must be a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA or test-ready). If test-ready, Hospice of Northwest Ohio will pay the cost of the test if obtained within first 90 days of employment.

Under the direction of an RN, Hospice Aides provide personal care and emotional support to hospice patients living in their homes or long-term care facility, according to the patient’s plan of care.

Hospice Aides in homecare will drive to patient homes and facilities in various weather conditions and will be subject to day and/or night-time travel.
