Pharmacist

Pharmacist: LTC

Location: Bensenville, IL area

Schedule: full-time; overnights

We are seeking a professional and skilled Pharmacists, with a minimum of 1 year of clinical experience,to help one of our LTC pharmacies Bensenville, IL area.

The ideal Pharmacist candidate is required to have an active IL Pharmacist license.

Qualifications:

• Pharmacist license (Illinois), in active and good standing
• Prior clinical Pharmacist experience
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Able to commit to a long project

Pharmacist Responsibilities:

• Annual assessments on patients to ensure they are responding to treatment
• Enter assessments into system
• Answers phones and message inquires from Dr's and nurses
• Training and guidelines will be provided during the individuals onboarding

Compensation: depends on experience, skill set and availability.
