The Agent Services Representative will work closely with agents, brokers, and managers.This role contains aspects of marketing, transactional and technical support, and office administration. The ideal candidate will be personable and engaging with guests and visitors to the office and over the phone.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide strong customer service by answering phones, greeting visitors and supporting our agents
- Receive, process and prepare paperwork related to real estate sales on behalf of agents and brokers
- Create brochures, flyers/postcards, marketing materials, and promotional pieces
- Maintain all company listings in the MLS system for completeness and accuracy
- Assist training new office personnel and new sales agents on office equipment and computer programs
- Distribute mail to agents, brokers, office staff and management
- Order office supplies as needed
- Administrative, Clerical, or Customer Service Experience - Real Estate experience preferred
- Bachelor degree preferred but not required
- Marketing and Social Media Experience
- Strong organizational skills, accuracy/quality, detail-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a customer service focus and the ability to work as a member in team-oriented environment.
- Strong Technology Aptitude
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
