  • JOB SUMMARY AND SPECIFICATIONS
    • JOB SUMMARY
      • Responsible for most routine maintenance work within the hospital or other hospital facilities. Performs other duties as assigned by the Engineering Manager.
    • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
      • Professional & Technical Skills
        • Experience in building maintenance, carpentry, hardware painting, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and equipment repair. Certifications specific to job preferred.
      • Education
        • High School Diploma or GED required. Prefer additional education specific to job duties.
      • License(s) or Certification(s)
        • License or certifications are preferred based on responsibilities and duties.
      • Other Skills or Requirements
        • Two years of building maintenance experience is preferred. May also consider experience in related areas. May be asked to use personal automobile for MHP business (MHP sites) and will be eligible for mileage reimbursement during the normal course of duties if safety criteria is met. Must have a valid driver's license, current insurance, and an acceptable driving record. Must adhere to safety guidelines as outlined in SPP: HR-44.
