EQPD (formerly GVSU K-12 Connect) is seeking an energetic and driven Director of Sales. About EQPD At EQPD, we believe in empowering every child with the tools and resources they need to succeed. Our nonprofit organization is dedicated to revitalizing education by providing high-impact tutoring, tailored professional development, and efficient program management to students and schools nationwide. Role Overview As the Director of Sales at EQPD, you will lead the development and execution of strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our reach. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will contribute to our mission by driving sales growth and fostering partnerships that empower every child to succeed. Position Details Position: Director of Sales

Location: Primarily virtual

Salary: Attractive base pay with uncapped commission on new revenue

Benefits: Competitive package including generous time-off and flexibility

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic plans to reach sales targets

Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships

Prospect and contact potential clients to create a sales pipeline

Attend trade shows to promote products and interact with potential clients

Lead calls with customers to identify needs and provide solutions

Qualify inbound and outbound sales leads

Track activities and progress in HubSpot

Manage sales pipeline and identify growth opportunities

Collaborate with Client Services on renewals and expansions

Requirements 5+ years successful consultative sales experience in education or similar industry

Experience with CRM, sales data analysis, and strategic planning

High level of self-motivation, energy, and drive

Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence effectively

Experience delivering client-focused solutions

Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail

Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
