Ariva Homes, a renowned construction company specializing in residential projects, is seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist providing administrative support. If you have a passion for the construction industry and enjoy engaging with clients, visitors, and staff, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals or departments.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Assist in data entry, filing, and documentation tasks.
  • Coordinate office supply orders and inventory management.
  • Assist in organizing and preparing for company events and meetings.
  • Handle general office tasks and support the administrative needs of the company.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management or related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative support role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Knowledge of construction terminology and processes is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
