The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day warehouse and inventory procedures, ensuring all procedures are followed and deadlines are met. The Warehouse Specialist receives, and transfers inventory as needed; follows all LinkUs Enterprises policies and procedures; counts and keeps accurate records of equipment on the floor and what is assigned to the technicians and meets or exceeds performance benchmarks. The Warehouse Specialist stages equipment for the technicians and checks equipment out daily to the technicians.

Pay $17.50-$19.00 per hour DOE

Willing to work a 5:30 am to 2:00 pm shift.

Work Environment:

•Warehouse environment

•Set Days and hours for work

•Training is two weeks, Paid

Warehouse Specialist:
•Complete various reports and logs as needed

•Ensure equipment return procedures are followed

•Check technician's paperwork to verify all equipment is accounted for before issuing more equipment

•Complete data entry as required

•Pull and stage equipment for the scheduled work

•Complete daily, month end and quarterly counts accurately

•Place orders as needed to keep warehouse properly stocked

•Assist Managers as needed

•Ensure all procedures are followed and deadlines are met

•Track and address equipment needs

•Keep warehouse facilities clean and orderly

•Ensure all safety procedures are followed, all areas are in safety compliance and conduct safety meetings as required

•Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

•Warehouse experience preferred.

•Ability to calculate basic math figures

•Ability to work with standard office equipment

•Attention to detail

•Strong organizational skills

•Commitment to excellence and high standards

•Good written and verbal skills

•Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions

•Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm

•Ability to work under pressure

•Forklift certified preferred, but not required

•Work well in a team environment
