Provides patient orientation, procedure explanation, and pre and post diagnostic care to completion of test. Performs complete diagnostic imaging tests inclusive of positioning patient, calibration of equipment, and documentation of findings, with the direction of the imaging supervisor/manager. Assists patients with basic patient care needs. **Qualifications** **Education and Licensure: *** After being hired or transferred into a CT Tech position, you have a grace period of 9 months to acquire your CT license. + Associate's degree preferred + Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists - ARRT (R); must maintain current + Certified by State of Texas – MRT; must maintain current + Basic Life Support (CPR/BLS) with American Heart Association **_Please be advised that this location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire. This ongoing competency is required through resources internal to the facility; outside RQI competency resources are not acceptable for CommonSpirit Health compliance requirements._** **Pay Range** $21.23 - $29.20 /hour We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
