Responsibilities Physical ability to perform a job that requires bending, stretching, and lifting moderate to heavy loads Maintaining the cleanliness of the facility - cleaning/restocking restrooms, cleaning examination rooms, pulling trash, vacuuming, dusting, break rooms, common areas Clean patient rooms using approved cleaners Empty and clean trash cans daily Excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff and visitors. Perform a variety of environmental services duties to maintain the hospital in a neat, orderly and sanitary condition Carry beeper or phone, and respond to all requests for service Begin and close shift during absence of a manager and/or supervisor Assign tasks to other team members as needed Perform any and all other duties assigned QualificationsJob Requirements: 1 + year experience in hospital cleaning Preferred Job Requirements: High School Graduate or GED Diploma from a vocational or technical program
