Job Position: Materials/Shipping Clerk

Location: Huntley, IL 60142

Pay Rate: $17.00-$19.00/hr

Shift: 1st Shift

Description:

  • Coordination and placement of MRO & Office Supply Type Purchases for the Huntley facility, utilizing designated suppliers
  • The timely entry of all necessary purchased and manufactured inventory transactions
  • Coordination and processing of incoming and outgoing Subcontractor Purchase Orders
  • The welcoming and coordination of outside visitors
  • The creation of all truck Bill of Ladings (BOL's) and processing of all truck shipments
  • The coordinating of all truck shipments with the various carriers and 3rd party logistics partners
  • Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of receiving/inventory data entry experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting
  • A High School diploma or equivalent, with some related post-secondary education preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer proficiency - Infor, Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple priorities
  • Must be detail orientated
