Peoplelink Staffing in partnership with a local client in the retail industry are looking for motivated and energetic people to join their team

Dispatch/Customer Service

Pay rate: $15-17 hourly

Shift: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm

Duties:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone and email communication
  • Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product information
  • Plan out and schedule jobs
  • Coordinate technicians
  • Utilize Service Fusion
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Experience:
  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in data entry and computer systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
