Requirements

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy mandatory if not Pharm.D.
  • Advanced degree preferred (PharmD).
  • Accredited Post Graduate Residency is required.
  • Board certification by Board of Pharmacy Specialties for Psychiatry is required.
Experience:
  • Minimum 3-year suitable experience as a licensed pharmacist.
  • Must secure an adjunct faculty appointment as a Clinical Instructor of Pharmaceutical Practice with the University of Arizona, College of Pharmacy within 4 months of start date.
Certification/Licensure:
  • Must hold unrestricted license by the State of Arizona and Department of Public Safety Fingerprint Clearance Card.
