What we are proud to offer you : Medical/Telemedicine Dental Vision Flexible Spending Account 401K Life Insurance Sick and Holiday Pay Health and Wellness Programs Mainline Excavator Operator Hunter Contracting, specializing in civil infrastructure, is seeking an experienced Mainline Excavator Operator responsible for operating various types of construction equipment to Responsible for: Working to precise standards to excavate line and grade for Mainline Waterline. Excavates around existing utilities, to install Mainline and backfill piping. Must have knowledge of pothole procedure, pipeline and grade compaction requirements. Inspecting equipment for deficiencies, such as tires, lights, brakes, fuses and fluid levels, and submits report indicating equipment condition. Ensure trench is excavated to the proper depth/grade Be aware of proper rigging of pipe, manhole barrels, etc. and ensure safe work procedures are followed during the lowering of materials into the excavation. Work Qualifications: Has a great deal of awareness of soil conditions and proper slopes. Knowledge and understanding of Blue Stake markings. Takes pride in craftsmanship, works within precise standards of accuracy Education & Work Experience Requirements: At least 10 years of experience strongly preferred.
