The principal purpose of this role is to assist in the development, oversight and ongoing management of the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) across all areas of 1800 Flowers Food Group by applying cross-functional (or deep functional) expertise in Preventive and Reliability Centered Maintenance Management. This includes responsibilities for developing the CMMS team, managing program level development end-to-end through the planning, design development, execution, and implementation stages. This role will ensure Asset Management, Preventive Maintenance, Change Management, and Life Cycle plans are developed to assure adequate maintenance and inventory control. In depth maintenance analysis, schedules, and report development will be required as a deliverable. This role will lead change readiness for business processes, systems, technologies, and organizational structures to maximize therealization of the business strategies.

  • Create a CMMS team using existing and new resources both local and remote.
  • Provide Life Cycle reporting to support Capital planning.
  • Create and execute change management and strategy plans to further improve the CMMS system.
  • Organizes and executes programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
  • Responsible for administration, data entry and configuration of the CMMS software
  • Work with Management on departmental configuration of the system, KPIs and automated distribution of reports for the different departments
  • Monitor the availability of spare parts and materials in stock and when necessary, work with inventory team to order new spare parts on time according to instructions.
  • Update CMMS with all relative information when new equipment and systems are introduced into the facility environment, including but not limited to: PM schedules, calibration info, vendor, spare parts, work order etc.
  • Oversee asset management within the CMMS working with the finance department when Assets are released from project to operational use.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years demonstrated CMMS systems experience in core preventive maintenance management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management.
  • Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
  • Experience working with the necessary documentation and computer programs. Strong Microsoft Office and Project skills, Excel is a must.
  • Excellent prioritization and organization skills, especially the ability to manage multiple projects (Sites) concurrently.
  • Ability to create work instructions and provide training for the CMMS shareholders and colleagues.
  • Previous experience operating CMMS/EAM software for asset management and/or scheduling
  • Experience with relation database systems (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, etc.) including data manipulation and definition.
  • Experience in the implementation, configuration, and on-going management of a computerized maintenance management system
  • Excellent written/verbal communication, presentation development, and the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences, including non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with multiple vendor management methodologies is preferred.
  • Experience working in a fast paced, high-effort, dynamic work environment.
