  • Job Summary
    • Performs a variety of imaging procedures and is responsible for patient safety protocols. Functions as the first line interface with patients in the successful accomplishment of their imaging needs. Participates in PI activities.
  • Regulatory Requirements
    • High School graduate or equivalent required.
    • Graduation from an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology, either college affiliated or hospital trained.
    • Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
    • Certified by the State of Ohio to practice and administer radiation. Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
    • Prefer advanced certification in CT, MRI, nuclear medicine, and/or mammography by A.R.R.T.
    • Knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
  • Language Skills
    • Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
    • Additional languages preferred.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Skills
    • Basic computer skills is required.
    • Experience with EMR system preferably Meditech is required.
