Note: Candidate needs to be commute to Portland, OR, USA 97210

Responsibilities:

This position takes in-coming calls from members, providers, etc providing professional phone assistance to all callers.

Transfers all clinical questions and judgment calls to the pharmacist.

Assist with the prior authorization process, data entry, filling of prescriptions and helping walk-in patients.

Help with other functions as directed by the site leader.

Experience:

1 year of experience needed

Pharmacy tech License required of the state

Skills:

Call handling experience.

Education:

High School diploma or GED

Active pharmacy tech license required of the state they resist.
