JURISolutions is seeking to identify a qualified attorney barred in the U.S. who has experience with data breach investigations, compliance, risk management, insurance or technology for a short-term project of approximately eight (8) weeks. Several shifts to provide crisis management support (8am - 12am EST).

This role will involve heavy telephone interaction with clients.

Ideal candidates will be able to provide legal counsel to organizations investigating and responding to data privacy and cybersecurity incidents. The attorney will compile information needed to assess the issue and scope of each event thus directing experts needed to appropriately investigate and respond to the incident and communicate to regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies while advising clients throughout the investigation. Will also analyze the legal and regulatory framework applicable to the organization and incident and support the organization's disclosure and documentation of its impact by the event.
