Cashier Job Description

Fuddruckers is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic cashier to join our team As a cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling cash and credit card transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, a positive attitude, and strong attention to detail. If you're passionate about food and enjoy interacting with people, we want you on our team

Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers as they approach the cash register
  • Handle cash, credit card, and gift card transactions
  • Provide accurate change and receipts
  • Respond to customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Keep the cash register and surrounding area clean and organized
  • Follow all Fuddruckers cash handling and customer service policies
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Previous cashier experience preferred
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
