**Required Qualifications/ Education Requirements:**

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Automotive Tier 1 experience

* Receiving experience in a manufacturing environment

**Desired Skills**

* Valid forklift and propane handling license

* Ability to work in a team environment

* Ability to perform intermediate math

* Computer and Scanner proficiency is desired

* Good verbal, written and interpersonal skills

* Crane Training

**Job Responsibilities and Duties:**

* Communicates openly with others, keeping them informed of issues and/or progress, shares job knowledge and work effectively with others;

* Maintains 5S and good housekeeping;

* Performs forklift safety inspection daily, reports all safety issues with forklift to Lead/ Supervisor, or Manager;

* Operates material handling equipment in a safe manner;

* Uses scanner for receipts of material if applicable;

* Uploads shipment of goods from Suppliers, confirms part and quantity match paper, and ensures material certification is provided with coil delivery;

* Inspects each shipment as per coil and blank receiving inspection instruction;

* Enters part detail information into coil receiving database;

* Follow non-conforming procedure;

* Initiates and escalates short shipment and/or mis-shipment;

* Creates MPN Notice for any supplier shipment issues;

* Enters all receipts into CMS following MMS Protocol;

* Notifies supervision of any safety, quality or material issues/concerns;

**Health and Safety Responsibilities**

* Compliance with Occupational safety sections of Act.

* Must report all accidents and near misses to your Supervisor

* Must work in accordance with Health and Safety regulations, Company Rules, Plant Rules, policies and procedures.

* Must use or wear equipment, protective devices or certain clothing as required by the company.

* Must wear all designated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

**Back-up Duties:**

* Perform other duties as required
