Position Description: IT Manager/ Systems Administrator

Location: Reading, PA

Job Type: Full-Time

Overview:
The Systems Administrator plays a critical role in maintaining and optimizing our technology infrastructure across multiple facilities. This position is responsible for overseeing the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), phone system, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Additionally, the Systems Administrator will be involved in new user and machine setups. Experience with Infor Visual ERP System is a big plus.

Responsibilities:
• ERP Management:
Oversee the functionality and performance of the ERP system.
Collaborate with end-users to understand business processes and optimize workflows.
Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues.
• Phone System Administration:
Manage and administer the organization's phone system.
Ensure reliable and efficient communication channels across all facilities.
Troubleshoot and resolve phone system issues.
• CRM Maintenance:
Administer and maintain the CRM system.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize CRM for business needs.
Provide training and support to end-users on CRM functionality.
• CMMS Oversight:
Manage and optimize the CMMS.
Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure accurate recording of equipment data and maintenance schedules.
Implement best practices for preventive maintenance through the CMMS.
• User and Machine Setup:
Assist in onboarding new users by setting up accounts, permissions, and access.
Configure and deploy new machines, ensuring they meet organizational standards.
Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues.
• Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand technology needs and requirements.
Work closely with external vendors for system upgrades, patches, and integrations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of ERP, phone systems, CRM, and CMMS.
Familiarity with user onboarding and machine setup processes.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant certifications in system administration or related fields.
Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
Knowledge of industry best practices in IT security.
