Bethpage Federal Credit Union mandates all new hires to be vaccinated against COVID-19. **Responsibilities Include:**

Provide guidance and support to all frontline employees (branch and S3 Contact Center), as it relates to member related inquires, escalations and complaints. This includes interpretation of policies and procedures.

Perform administrative duties within all areas of retail banking operations including, but not limited to overseeing workflow, transaction processing, system reporting, audits, writing procedures, process improvement recommendations & implementation.

Collaborate with all other internal departmental areas, as well as external business partners as required in order to facilitate the resolution of issues.

Assist in creating, maintaining and revising all procedures as related to retail banking operations. Document changes in process and creates job aids and other material to support the front line. May at times require delivery of training as it relates to such procedures.

Perform analysis of certain data, including but not limited to audits, cash differences, IRA transactional errors and deposit products. Provide summary of findings and recommendations. In some cases, draft memos for employee files.

Responsible for all system testing, including providing recommendations as needed in relation to system enhacements and capabilities as they impact frontline employees and members.

Perform project work as assigned by the Senior Manager of Retail Banking Operations. This includes smaller departmental projects, at which times will be directly managed by Retail Banking Specialist.

Perform any function to assist VP of Retail Banking and Senior Manager of Retail Banking Operations in meeting our corporate objectives.
