Job Description-
Automation Anywhere Platform Ops L3 Support

1. Installation & Support and Configuration Automation Anywhere (A360 ) application server

2. Support Smart head less server

3. Trouble shoot the Black screen and VDI disconnection issues in Smart head less server

4. Creating new On-board in Automation Anywhere in BOT

5. Off-boarding bots in Automation tool

6. Screen resolution increase activities in Smart head less server

7. Installation and Support, configuration in Appian Application

8. Tomcat installation and configuration and DB setup in Tomcat

9. Create clusters in Apian server

10. Create BOT's to track live VDI's server

11. Create Load balancer in Cas tool for configuring Automation and Apian tolls

12. Support IIS Web Server Security and Application security configuration

13. Support application team in setting up NDM, HSM, Luna, monitoring

14. Service start / stop

15. Decommission of services

16. Create CMP's for certificate renewal and new request for cert

17. Test, deploy, integrate, deploy, manage support application availability

18. troubleshooting for Application not Responding, deployment failures & If required any further analyses reach to L4 for further analysis.

19. Good experience in Jenkins and Bitbucket

Incident and problem management

1. Receive escalation from L2

2. Create and track problem records with Problem management and close it within SLA

3. Lead thorough root cause analysis and facilitate engagement from all L4 teams

4. Review of all major tickets to determine areas of efficiencies and improvements.

5. Incident management including root cause analysis.

6. Raising Cases and provide logs/basic information to vendor for Middleware issues
