Job Description:
- Ability to empathize with the end user.
- Ability to conceive, define and evolve user experiences across range of devices and platforms Collaborative and communicative.
- Proficient in prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer etc.
- Passion for growing skills and trying new design processes.
- Storyboarding experience.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, iterative development environment ie Agile way.
- Client patterns and insights through focus groups, interviews, surveys, field studies, card sorting, journey mapping, testing, and more Assist the product team in making design decisions.
- Ability to collaborate with users, clients, product managers, developers, and fellow designers to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
- Ability to determine the user-centered design strategy and lead customers through research, prototypes, iterative design and development, and the delivery process.
- Ability to develop the visual design, branding and data visualizations to produce modern, compelling products.
