The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive repair and possess strong technical skills to perform repairs efficiently and accurately.Responsibilities:Perform body repair work efficiently and accurately according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.Conduct thorough assessments of vehicle damage and develop repair plans accordingly.Repair and replace damaged body parts, including panels, frames, and structural components.Utilize various tools and equipment to perform welding, dent repair, sanding, and painting tasks.Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail in all repair activities.Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and exceed customer expectations.Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Collision Auto Body Technician.Proficiency in body repair techniques, including welding, dent repair, and panel replacement.Strong understanding of automotive repair procedures and industry standards.Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools effectively.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Good communication and teamwork skills.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.Certification from a recognized auto body repair program is a plus.Benefits:Competitive hourly wage ($26-30/hr) based on experience and skills.Opportunities for career advancement and professional development.
