A health services network in New York is currently seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) for a great Night shift opportunity with their growing Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at one of their facilities in the Hudson Valley.

Responsibilities:

The Intensive Care Unit Nurse (ICU RN) will:

  • Plan, provide, and monitor individualized nursing care in response to specific patient needs
  • Provide developmentally appropriate psychosocial and clinical care
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with all members of the healthcare team
  • Perform other duties, as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience with an Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • ACLS and BLS certifications
  • Cardiac Care background
  • Solid assessment, clinical, and documentation skills
  • Patient oriented
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized

Desired Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
