ACES is currently seeking a Document Scanner to assist with a project to digitize corporate and personnel documents. This position will be temporary with a flexible work schedule. The candidate must have the ability to work onsite at ACES Carmel office.
Responsibilities:
- Review corporate and personnel documents and other records to identify proper location in electronic systems.
- Identifies and sorts a variety of records based on established criteria.
- Operates scanners to scan and upload document images into database, ensuring readability and accurate file names.
- Records and track progress in spreadsheet.
- Audits files against spreadsheet and communicates issues to team and management.
- Manages workload and provides summary reports to management when necessary.
- Physically retrieve/relocate records from HR file room to perform tasks as needed.
- Performs high-quality, heavily detailed work with accuracy and efficiency on a daily basis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Must be able to lift 30lbs.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate unquestionable ethics and trust.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Highly motivated, self-directed work ethic, organizational skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain professionalism when interacting with employees, managers and business associates.
- Verbal communication skills; ability to articulate project status as needed.
