**About the Position**

The Sr Warehouse Administrator provides support to site management & employees by performing productivity, financial, and cost analysis and trending. The Sr Warehouse Administrator will also have duties associated with Quality and serve as a resource to monitor work processes and document and/or update Work Instructions. This role helps the site remain compliant with all ethical and regulatory requirements pertaining to job functions.

**Functions**

Maintains various data files, such as but not limited to, Volume, KPI, Cost and produce daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports, as well as trending projections for assigned site(s)

Works with site GM to build the Monthly Business Review deck, as well as Kenco Operating System (KOS) Government slides

Measures sites profile split (case, layer, pallet)

Serves as site Quality Coordinator; leads the definition and employee ownership of operational/clerical processes and continually seeks ways to improve them through observations, updates, revisions or other avenues

Provide support and training to site leadership and to employees concerning productivity related issues, including but not limited to coaching, mentoring, training/development, corrective action, and performance management

Provides feedback to leadership regarding data trends so supervisors can coach/mentor associates to improve their individual safety, quality, customer service, and efficiency

Calculate KPIs, conduct analyses on Warehouse Labor Management (WLM) and dig in to the WLM numbers to find/show where the site has opportunities

Conduct cost analyses upon customer requests, like the value/cost of adding a new piece of equipment

Lead meetings with appropriate personnel to ensure findings and recommendations are understood and actionable

Demonstrates servant leadership by placing employees first and continually breaking down barriers to associate safety, customer service, and efficiency

Leads a clean, safe, and organized workplace in line with Kencos Culture.

Other duties as assigned by management.

**Qualifications**

* High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates Degree preferred

* 3-5 years of experience in administrative functions that include using Excel and trending data required

Communicates effectively with coworkers, customers, vendors, and carriers

Easily creates and interprets a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule format.

Behaves in a self-directed manner with ability to prioritize work and manage multiple priorities and projects.

Embodies high level of strong decision making and discernment skills.

Maintains excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Power Point, and Excel.

Models leadership behaviors on a continual basis.

Has the ability to research information and analyze data to arrive at valid conclusions, recommendations and plans of action.
