We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatrician to join our team. As a Pediatrician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality medical care to infants, children, and adolescents.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive medical care to pediatric patients, including routine check-ups, vaccinations, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses.
Conduct thorough physical examinations and assess patients' growth and development.
Diagnose and treat common pediatric conditions, such as respiratory infections, ear infections, and skin disorders.
Collaborate with parents and caregivers to educate them about preventive care, nutrition, and child development milestones.
Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare professionals as needed to address complex medical issues.
Document patient encounters accurately and maintain electronic health records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences to review patient cases and develop treatment plans.
Stay up-to-date on advances in pediatric medicine and evidence-based practices through continuing education and professional development activities.
Requirements:
Board Certification or Board Eligibility (0-5 years of residency) in Pediatrics.
Active MI Medical License, or willingness to obtain.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of pediatric medicine principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical setting.
Dedication to providing high-quality, evidence-based care to pediatric patients.
