Full Time RN Inpatient Neuro/Ortho Rehab Position

This position is responsible for providing direct patient care to patients in the inpatient neuro/ortho rehab unit. The RN will assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, and monitor patient progress. The RN will also work with other members of the healthcare team to provide a coordinated plan of care.

Qualifications:

  • Current RN licensure from the State of Practice
  • Experience: 1+ years' experience
  • Certification for Rehabilitation for Registered Nurses or Stroke Certification or Neuro Certification
Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients in the inpatient neuro/ortho rehab unit
  • Assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, and monitor patient progress
  • Work with other members of the healthcare team to provide a coordinated plan of care
  • Administer medications and treatments
  • Monitor patient vital signs and intake and output
  • Educate patients and their families about their condition and treatment plan
  • Complete all required documentation
